I was looking at this workout on bodybuilding.com, and for excercises it says:
1x8 10 reps or 1x10 15 reps. I was wondering what exactly this is saying, I undersatnd the reps it is the 1x8 or the 1x10 that I am not folowing. Please nobody rip my head off for such a dumb question I am new at this.
