Raining cats n dogs still, driving to and from shooting last night was a nightmare. Mozzies, wind and heavy rain, great conditions for shooting lol

I have to go into town today to have blood drawn for a full blood panel, got called in to see my doc yesterday so he could organise routine tests before he goes back to South Africa for a few weeks.
My doc checks mine once a month...no biggie itll be fine.

I am not worried about the results, all just routine.

will post my weekly nutritional summary tonight, still getting used to new tracker, my old one doesn't work on my new laptop. I can already see a couple of areas for improvement.

I cannot export my weekly nutritional report until I upgrade my app however

I met 85% of my nutritional targets

Protein average 116 grams per day - perfect
Carbs Average 10.8 grams per day - perfect (my limit is 20)
Fat under limit. (fat is a lever and not a goal)

All protein markers hit target, but only just for cystine
Vitamin E and K were sub par so will need to fix
Minerals - Chromium, iodine and manganese were also down from where they should be.
Calcium was also down according to what is normal for most people but a high calcium diet is not good for me so not too concerned as intake was still adequate.

Nice job with the diet then. It's also great to have that feedback as a guide to where to make adjustments.

I am using Cronometer, I used to use the calorie king app for PC but it is no longer supported and wont work on my current lap top.

Cronometer is very flexible and tracks a huge amount of info and each nutrient can be set to custom values or left at standard. Most of my food is fresh but I just scan barcodes for stuff which isn't. Also get choice of region because nutrition labels vary with country, eg. in the US total carbs are listed plus a fibre listing, however here in Australia the carb value listed is Net carbs (Total carbs - fibre) so fibre is not required to be listed.

Definitely the best tracking app I have ever looked at, far better than the most common ones used by members here eg. MyFitnessPal which is a monster to use if you want to set targets in grams rather than a %

Will probably sign up for the gold edition so I can export custom reports

I liked the look of it & have joined up. I'll see how I go with it. Thanks for the info, Tru.

I haven't found an app that does net carbs. I'm still using MFP and it's pretty good just have to subtract the fiber amount.

there is a tick box for net carbs on cronometer, it is the recommended tracker on several keto groups I am part of

been a long day, walked 10 k while hunting pokemon, eating on track, elbow feeling a bit better, there is hope i can lift again in the future

Plan today is to head out this arvo with the camera to get some pics of all the newly hatched baby black swans at the park in town.

I got a good selection of pics but have not transferred them to the computer yet.

Just finished doing a couple of write ups in the Weight Loss Programs section of the forum.

I don't do Intermittent fasting as a deliberate plan, however, when my eating is ticking along perfectly I tend to fall into an IF eating pattern, usually a 18-20 hour fast with a 4 hour eating window.

Wow, I could never fit all my food into my stomach in 4 hours!
