Hello Weight Loss Forum World,
I've struggled with my weight since I was a pre-teen. A few years ago, I made a lifestyle change and dropped from my highest ever weight of over 280 lbs to 174 pounds (a healthy weight for me! 5'10 female), over about a year and a half. I maintained that weight for about a year. But over the last six months or so, it's been creeping back up
I worked so hard to get to my healthy weight and I felt so much happier. I've been gaining weight because I've been being inconsistent with my workouts, and I've been eating a lot of unhealthy food/beverages. I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, and he has a physical job and super metabolism and can eat whatever he wants and still look amazing of course- BUT THAT'S NOT ME!
I have to be accountable for my own body and lifestyle and take control. I don't want to be overweight. The past few months I've feel way crappier all the time and have guilt over my poor choices.
So I'm making a commitment to myself to get back to eating healthy and exercising regularly, and get back to my healthy weight. I am going to be accountable and post my weigh-ins, exercise and food intake on my diary. I found the support on WLF a big help the first time around
So here I go, wish me luck!!!
Starting weight: 209 lbs
Goal Weight #1: 174 lbs
Goal Weight #2: 150 lbs
Exercise Goals:
Weight Lifting: 4 times a week (I'm on a four day split workout routine)
Cardio: Min 25 moderate to intense 5 times a week
