well chances are you wont be able to do both at the same time.
As it has been said many times, to burn fat you pretty much do the opposite of what you would do to gain muscle.
gaining muscle requires more calories then your maintanence level, and burning fat requires less.
So my advice to you would be, break things up. Its Jan.10th now... so theres 5 months until June 10th. Split that in half and make the first half a 'bulking cyle' and the second a 'cutting cycle'. Or if your goal is leaning more towards losing bodyfat, then maybe just 2 months bulking and 3 months cutting.
If you have an average body fat then i would split it in half, but if you have a higher than average bodyfat, which will require more time to burn.. then it would be more realistic to give yourself a bit more time to burn it. Keep in mind, when you bulk you'll most likely gain a little bit of fat.. to keep it low, bulk clean.. meaning eat plenty of lean meats, make majority of your carbs complex (100% whole wheat breads ect) and try to eat as little 'saturated' fat as possible.
Keep determined throughout it all, your the one that makes it happen.
Go research and find out the most effective bulking/cutting methods for yourself, and get at 'er!
