I started kick boxing, in a real gym. It is a hell of a work out but its kind of fun. I havent lost weight, but I am also not watching what I eat. I think I am just eating what I can. I was doing so good, writing my food I ate down and counting calories....shut I am so mad at my self. When I got down to 148I should have kept going, instead I quit and gained it all back.
Well my plan is to eat small and workout plenty, only time will tell.
