Hey thanks you guys, I have been floating around here, but there are just soooo many here now it is hard to keep up.
I still keep strictly to my exercise regime, ensuring I exercise at least once for 30 minutes every day, but most of the time it is twice a day....am really pushing myself with my morning sessions and have started jogging once or twice a week again....food wise I just try not to go overboard and have found that I have kept eating relatively the same food, other than allowing myself some treats....
As long as the exercise is happening I think maintaining will be a breeze...you are all doing so well, keep up the good work!
