Lena's diary

by june i intend to do the following:

1. lose 15-20 lbs (i think that's definitely doable)
2. keep doing yoga on a regular basis since its been doing soo much good for my well being (not only phisically)
3. increase on cardio/weight training
4. feel better both physically and mentally.

i know i won't fit into a bikini by summer but i can get myself into a BETTER shape and state of mind than i am in right now. and so far its working. so my goal is 205/200 lbs (mini goal ofc). and each time i crave something really bad for me i just tell myself (200 lbs lena...u can do that...its only few months). so far it seems to work. i will weigh in at the end of the month...not before just to see how good/bad i am really doing :D

the spring is in the air :D which makes me very very happy. i have tons to do both at work and after work so i barely have time to check my emails, my friends on forums and stuff. i didn't even have time to meet my friends for coffee this week. and i hate when that happens.

Sounds good and Me Too on #2-4
each time i crave something really bad for me i just tell myself (200 lbs lena...u can do that...its only few months). so far it seems to work.
Nice! I have to remind myself with little things as well, otherwise I say "Fuck it!" and have at it, whatever "it" is! :drool5:
