I usually keep this in a small notebook in my bag but I want to give this a try. I'm 5 feet and 8 inches tall barefoot, and I'm currently 220 pounds. I really don't like the idea of having to put my history up here but it might help me make my way to a healthier me. I didn't grow up in a great environment and my parents form of control was keeping me indoors and bad food or no food. When I got old enough to learn about nutrition from a book (pictures) (I didn't have the internet til a year ago.) I started trying to have fruits, and vegetables, cooking my own food, and less of the bad stuff. My parents countered that by adding those weight gain tabs to my food I would cook or what they cooked and forced me to eat. I countered back by only having food that didn't needed to be cooked and can easily be hidden in my room. I think that what started my barely eating habit...
When I got away at age 14 I met a man that taught me what happens in a real family. I learn how to cook for real, grow my own food, sew, read better and talk.. (yes I was a force mute for 14 years) I didn't really workout cause I was too busy learning, doing chores, and dancing the foxtrot. I was finally getting to a good weight slowly. When I turned 15 I guess they finally called the cops and I was brought back during a trip to the store. A few months later I was lucky enough to be sent out of the state and away from them.. I'm not going to say how that happen.
A year later I met the love of my life and we moved out to live together. He has the opposite problem of me. Hes 90 pounds and eats over 6000 cals a day but still loses weight. I guess I got lost in helping him or it was the fact he ate everything before I even got a chance. I finally sat him down and told him he needs to stay away from my food.
So I'm trying to get to 170 pounds for many reasons. One my doctor wants me to be in the norm before something bad happens. Two If I get any heavier I will lose my current job. Three I have a second job interview in two months and I'm lucky enough it was a call back and they said I need to lose some weight before it. And four, I want to be healthier.. I hope to feel better about how I look and do things I'm told I can't do with how I am currently.. What I really want is shape my legs, flat my tummy, and work on my arms.
My current food intake of the day.
I went off my usual and ate one of those mini microwave pizzas.. I just got in last night and no stores are open at three in the morning. Looking at the bag it was 410 cals and 54g carbs.. wow thats going to add alot for today..
One can of soda 150 cals and 41g carbs.. another wow.. but I had to drink something.. again no stores open at 3 in the morning and it seems the family I rent from for my workspace took all my cups.. again..
Once the stores open I bought myself come oranges, apples, carrots, and a bottle of water that I been refiling.
I'm currently eating some of my carrots. yummy! If I eat the serving size it will 35 cals, and 8g carbs.
So.. So far I have had 595 cals and 103g carbs (that is if I do the carrot serving)
I'm feeling pretty good. I walked to the store that about a 40 minute round trip walking. I been up and down the stairs today to sand and cut for one of my projects. I did some weight workout, 10 minutes on my arms, and squats.
Thats it for right now. Will update later today. I promise the next one will not be this long..
Thanks for reading.
