legs

i have a bad lower back and when ever i dead lift or squat it hurts like crazy. im just wondering if theres any other good exerices for the legs beside squats..right now im doing leg curls leg extensions and calf raises. keep in mind that im workout out at home and only have a bench with a leg thing at the end of it and barbells and dumbells..
 
First off, make sure that you have proper form...

Legs - Lunges, Wall Sits, Single Leg Step-Ups, Squats w/ no weights, Single Leg Bridge, etc...

Back Exercises - Supermans

Core - Planks, Deadbugs

Stretches - Piriformis, Hip Flexors, Hamstrings

Start doing lower back excercises so you can squat. You will not grow near so well without squats and deads.
