Legs, Help needed!

On my legs session I'm currently doing 1 session a week on a Wedensday, I'm trying to build some muscle and lose fat. My diet is going fairly well however I need to add another leg excersise to my Wedensday workout.

Here it is:
Lunges
Calf raises
Leg Press
Dead Lifts
Leg Curls

What else could I add in here?? Is there any muscle group in my legs that I'm missing??

The obvious one is squats but I am not sure why you want to do 6 leg exercises in one session.....particulary such taxing ones.

What do you do on your other training days?
 
I say split it into 2 days a week. Say on Mon and Fri. Split the big lifts up, big being back squats and deads.(Low bar and high bar, <--its gold goergen1)
On my squat days i do "squat" motion lifts. Ill do ilke squats, front squats, and then one-leg body weight squats. Then when i do deads ill do deads, RDL, good mornings. I try to stay close to the same movements. It works for me
 
Agree with above, don't have too many leg exercises. Stick with 2-3 and lift heavy.

Personally I do squats and dumbell lunges at 4 sets each and that is plenty to have sore legs the next day.
