I think I need this "diary" to help me out in keeping track of my weight loss. I find the other diaries helpful so here's my fair share.

Started with 91 kilos in December. Lost 8.2 kilos after 2 months.

I'll be starting my tracker today with 82.8 kilos (182.5 lbs). Hoping to be at 75 kilos (165 kilos).
 
Had few drinks with my former workmates. I will need to do more work out tomorrow to burn, if not all, some of what we ate and drunk.
 
Here's my result after 2 weeks of no rice at all...yeah I am that disciplined now. (proud of myself)

Lost 1.8 kilos (4 lbs)

Previous weight: 82.8 kilos (182.5 lbs)
Current weight: 81 kilos (178.2 lb)

If I can continue my no rice diet, I can reach my goal in 2 months (hopefully).
 
Two hectic, romantic, wasted months for me...had a new girl, fell in love, taken for granted, separated ways, now moving on. Couldn't handle the drama anymore. But it's all good now. I am back to regaining my old healthy self. I'm hitting the gym tomorrow.

Current weight: 78 kilos (171.6 lb)
