Lean Routine

Do you have a regimen where the goal is to lean out, reduce fat? If so, what is it and how long does it generally take? TIA.
 
eat less and do cardio. thats what the rocket scientist told me.
 
ha, thats pretty much it.

i lower calories from carbs and keep the protein and fats constant. continue to hit the weights hard and add do hiit.

and have patience. :)
 
OK here it is....the program that will lean you out if you stick to it. I don't know where you are in terms of experience with training but here you go.

That is the link to one of the best "leaning out" programs - IMHO. It is very demanding even though it looks easy on paper. Just try it once and you'll agree that it's not for the weak or undisciplined.

Feel free to ask any questions about the training if you need to or tell me I'm weak for finding this progam difficult. Either way, have fun with it.
