I started out by changing my eating habits and I think I'm doing well.I could run the vegetables off the chart and I switched to whole grain bread.I don't eat late at night anymore.I'm also smart enough to reward myself with an occassional splurge.I'm making sure I get my 3 cups milk a day.Meat is pretty easy to accomplish.Fruits and water are my hills to climb.I know I'm on the right road.I started drinking herbal teas also.I have very little soda.What does anyone else think? How am I doing?
