That's exactly true, A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. When you laugh you are happy and your countenance is delightful. Laughter is the best medicine and beauty therapy. Laughter is contagious also. Laughter is a great remedy to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more consistently to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor relieves your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.

They say that "Laughter is the best medicine." and I believe it. Yes, its true and proven for me. Whenever I feel sick or tired. I read some jokes, watch funny videos and chat with my friends. After laughing I feel that I am well.
