lateral developement

I've been working out for some time now, around 6 months. I seem to develop nicely from a frontal view, but not from a side view of my body. When I see myself from a lateral viewpoint, I seem to have a nice wide back, only the front part, towards the chest and front of neck seems really skinny I can't seem to get any mass on my neck or front delts of shoulders. Could anyone help me please?
 
do you do pull ups??...if you do and theyre not workin try different kinds....there is a bar at me gym that goes out really far and then is "bent" I guess you could say at an angle.... Ive been doin those and theyve helped me alot....or do em weighted.( the gym should have a belt specifically designed for putting weights on lol)....otherwise (I dont know what theyre called but) grab a heavy dumbell in each hand and do shoulder shrugs backward and forward....and I dont do it but they say "millitary press" works good....hope this helps....
