Any Ideas on this on???
Yes I am new to the forum, and I am looking for some advice.
I started a fitness program created by me about 4 weeks ago.
Now.... I am a fairly big person 6' 2" large frame and about 250lbs
however I am not hugely fat. I am fit and healthy but I would like
to loose maybe 40-50lbs.
So far I have counted calories daily reducing them by about 500
per day and I cycle 10-12k per day 6 days a week.
After 4 weeks of sticking to this without deviation I have gained 1lb
in weight.
The calories I am consuming are good, with plenty of fruit and good
quality meat fish for my protein intake. I do not feel hungry due to
the diet at all, but I am cheesed off that I've gained weight.
Before I started I was eating all sorts of crap at night whilst watching TV,
crisps with sour cream dips chocolate etc and my weight has not altered in
over 2 years give or take a couple of lbs.
Can anyone shed some light on why this has happened, because its
beyond me!!
