Hey friends, so I figured starting one of these journals might motivate me a bit more to start eating healthier. So here it goes, day 1, numero uno, starting line, first step, 3-2-1 blast off.
So day one, in my opinion, i think i did fairly well to start off. I stopped drinking the 2% chocolate milk in the fridge, and decided to go with a toasted whole wheat bagel with cinnamon for breakfast accompanied with a glass of orange juice.
Close to lunch time, i ate a green apple, and managed to keep myself out of the cafeteria line, and eat my peanut butter samich on whole wheat bread.
And lastly for din-din i hate a bowl of tomato soup, with a glass of water, and fought off the urge for soda crackers.
Good start i think, better than my usual "fruitloops with 2% milk and chocolate milk for breakfast, 2 cheeseburgers and can of pop, and a chocolate chip granola bar, and 2 pizza pockets for supper, followed by 2 - 3 more granola bars throughout the night. Wow. seems 100 times worst when you put in words. holy moley.
weight in for the day! - 240.2 pounds. gotta start somewhere.
anyways, its late. lets hope for an even bigger improvement tomorrow!!
