Hey guys, i''ve heard alot of good things about starting one of these, so lets give it a shot!
alright well, today i ate :
breakfast - bowl of cherrios (180 cals) and an orange. (??? cals?)
Lunch - didnt have alot of time, so i just had a whole wheat bagel, with a cinnamon spread. (250 cals)
supper - grilled chicken, with a hand full of fries. (no, it wasnt mcdonalds, i made it myself) not sure how much that was, so i'm gonna ball park it at.. 350-400 cals?
40 minutes on the treadmil ( -325 cals according to the calorie counter, who knows how accurate it is)

Todays Total - 505 cal intake. that doesnt seem healthy to me, but i'm full after my meals, and such. i know it isn't the best diet out there but its what i could get today.
