I've done a couple of these before. I was pretty successful with my first one, but things have kind of gone downhill from there. I feel ready to do this weight loss thing once again. Woohoo!
Okay well...my name is Kristi, as you may have already figured out. I'm a senior in high school and a player on our girls soccer team. I thought going into soccer season that I would be able to keep the weight off and maybe even lose some. I think this was a pretty reasonable assumption since soccer is basically all running, but I have done exactly the opposite of what I was expecting.
I've gained 20 pounds at least (I haven't weighed myself in a while, as I am too ashamed). I could go on talking about how pathetic that is and blah blah blah but I really just want to jump right into positiveness.
It starts now. I start now.
My goal is to shed 20 pounds before January, the first 10 gone by mid-November. Is this reasonable?
I have soccer practice right now, and for the first time in a loooong time I am going to say that I hope coach runs our butts off!
