oatmeal and a yogurt
smoothie made with black berries, coconut milk and chia
3 candies from See's
healthy choice frozen dinner with i serving of veggie beans
i nice sized bowl of grilled broccoli and lettuce
1/3 cup dinner curry shrimp and 1/2 cup brown rice
I am proud of myself today. its 917 pm est when I posted this on here
