Hey, this is my first post. Im 19, from Nova Scotia, Canada.
Im 5'11 and 240lbs. I havent worked out in a year, ive been kinda bouncing back and forth between smoking and not, i smoke ocassionally now. My deit sucks and i Eat big meals (sometimes healthy / sometimes not) late at night.
I work in a call center, so I dont get tired at work or get any excercise what so ever, so I get home, cant sleep , havent used up energy and i eat food and watch tv or dick around on the computer. I was in the navy for a short period of time, lost 25lbs and was 215 or so, put it all back on in 4 mnths at this job.
Anyways, when i first wanted to join the navy, i actually worked out a little bit, went from being able to do like 10 pushups to like 30 or so... (in a row). When i got home I could do about 100, now I can do about 50...
ANyways i just like storie but ya. I drink alot of pop, and my brother (24) told me that just stopping drinkin pop 2 or more yrs ago helped him lost weight quite a bit , but i like pop. How much better is diet pop? And If i wanna start working out again, what should I think about for starters?
quit smoking? cardio? weight training? diet? etc. Help pls
