Well i've never written an online diary before...ive always tried just writing one in a book, but i never seem to stay with it, so im hoping an online one will keep me on track.
So where to start...i guess with my weight and my goal. Well i am currently 217lbs and i hope to lose 60, i dont care how long its going to take me. ive tried many times to lose weight, ive even lost 30lbs one time but then i was seduced by restaurant food and been out at the club...well i gained it all back and more. To much restaurant food is not good lol. But this is my new staring point and now i know better. Stay at the gym!!!
I carry most of my weight in my legs, so i hope that plenty of running can help me with that problem...but its been a problem my whole life...even when i was a bit skinnier i still had huge legs. I would love to be able to wear shorts and skirts one day

I also really need to increase my flexibility since im a goaltender, but im still unsure on how to do that cause im not a big yoga fan.
I dont really eat unheathly. I dont eat anything deep fried, im not big on sweet things...so ive just lately been lowering my portion sizes ( i think they were too big
). Ive also started drinking lots of water and have completely given up alcohol.
Today i went for a 30min jog on the treadmill, but i get really frustrated when i try to do push ups and never want to do them even though i know that i should. ive noticed that ive gained a lot of weight in my arms and i really want to get rid of it.
