:) hi I have now started taking my weight seriously,I know its a silly time of year to start but as my trousers are getting tighter by the week i think its time i started,i work morning and afternoon shift plus overtime on weekends but as im on holiday for 15 days(from monday 18 th) i have been watching what i eat very carefully,I am on a calorie controlled diet plus excersise,i have a heart problem(i had a new aeortic valve fitted 6 years ago)and as i have high blood pressure iI take water tablets as well as other tablets.I am on 1400-1600 cals a day which includes lots of fruit and veg as well as semi skimmed milk and low fat spread,i will try not to eat and drink too much this christmas and if i do i will have to make sure I go back on my diet as soon as its over and that includes taking my dog for a walk a lot more,well thats all for now I wish everyone a happy christmas and a happy(and slimmer)new year.
:) p.s my weight is now 108.0 kilos(6/1/2008
