Yes, I'm very glad I lost inches!!
I just got back from a swim, which was great!! And as some of you will know, quite a big deal for me!! I am not much of a swimmer (to say the least) but I REALLY want to be able to do it, and today was the first time in my life I've ever been swimming on my own!!
I did about 20 lengths (just under 3rd mile), it took me 40 mins mind you!! And I can only count about half of that as swimming, and the other half recovering

Exercise
I have been very active today, despite it being my day off!! I have done some housework, been for a walk, had sex

(I know which one of these I prefer tee hee hee!), and been swimming!! So I have calculated calorie expenditure to be around
2340
Calorie deficit = 1437-2340 = -903
Verdict
Great!! My calories came in rather lower than I thought they would
And I'm VERY pleased with my swim!
