I'm just freaking out a little here (well a lot), but i've been working really hard, jogging 4 times a week + eating healthy and around 1200 - 1400kcal/day. This diet has worked well in helping me loose 1 - 1.5 lbs per week. But right now I'm on vacation and doing some travelling, it's only been a little over a week and I've gained 6 lbs
I haven't had the chance to go jogging, but i pretty much walk all day long, and as for diet, i've been usually eating out, but I make sure to keep the portions small...
can anyone give me some tips and advice on what to do? It took me 6 hard long weeks to loose this 6 lbs and 10 days to gain it all back... I still have 15 more days from this trip, (at this rate) i don't want to gain another 6 - 10 pounds before going home.
I've been weighing myself every morning, so it's pretty accurate i think. I've also noticed the weight in my face too, it's gotten more round and fat =( =( Please, any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
