Keeping a Log

I want to start keeping a weekly log or something for my fitness. Im not sure what to all put in it though... I can do all my maxes ( bench, chinup etc ) because that would be a workout in itself and would have to take a big break between each. Unless theres a better way.

Anyways heres a couple things I might put in my log what else should I?

Arm size
Weight
