my name is jessica, and im a sophomore in college. because of my schedule and that im an exercise science major, my classes are extremely challenging which causes me to be up all night studying. I'm 5'2" and weigh between 135 and 140. i dont want everyone on here to tell me that i dont need to lose weight and all that because i know that. i dont hate my body. i love my body, but i dont always make the healthiest decisions. i would like to get down to 120 hopefully by christmas. im hoping to come on here almost daily to track my progress and of course get support. i have a big buttt which i love and would hate to lose, hence the title of my diaryy...
 
You can't choose where to lose fat, how fast different areas in your body lose and gain fat is really decided by your genetics.


It seems like 120 lbs is within your healthy weight range for your height so you should be fine dropping to that weight, try and keep your calorie intake low and it will come off slowly.
