Today was good! I didn't go walking, and actually I am drerading getting up early and going to bed early! i have to recondition myself again! I got some good food at the store though, so i am set for the week now. No more eating out, which is wonderful! I work out at home, as far as crunches and squats and those kind of exercises go. i don't have a mebership or any electronic equipment to help me. I do have a Ball though, OH i love it. it is efficient. way better than doing crunches on the floor. I recommend it if you haven't got one or tried it! I also dance around here a lot!
So thats about it for today. My eating has slowly gotten better, and by the end of the week i should be on a roll! YAYAYAY
