So this will be a journal of me and my weight loss. I figured if I actually had something to update, I would stay more motivated.

I don't have an awful weight, I'm 5'9" and 140 lbs, but I want to get more in shape. I play softball and volleyball, so you would figure that alone would keep me in good physical condition, but it apparently doesn't. I want to be able to fit into a bikini without looking awful, and wear a pretty dress if for some weird reason I feel like it.

So basically, the huge goal is to lose 20 pounds, but for now, I'm just going to get down to 130. First, I will not drink any soda whatsoever. I don't drink much anyways, but I will not let myself touch any. I also will not get anymore ice cream when we eat at fast food restuarents after games.

And finally, I will lower my serving sizes. This is the biggest issue. I love food. So I keep on going back for seconds. But that will stop.
 
So here is how day one went:

Breakfast-
1 slice WW bread
1 Tb cream cheese
1 Apple

Lunch-
Tuna
carrot
onion
1 Tb Mayo
2 White bread tortilla rolls
1 cup cheddar cheese

Dinner:
A cup WW spaghetti
A cup Spaghetti sauce/meat
A bowl of salad

Exercise-
I barely did anything today, just some squats and a 40 minute walk. I'll go and do push ups and the sort later.

welcome! I think you've set up some great goal- and I think you've made wonderful changes to your diet!

Cutting out fast food, pop and having smaller portion sizes are so important! And are such easy steps to get you going :)
