I start eating right and exercising in the middle of Oct. 2005. My highest weight was 205.6. I am now 174.6. I want to weigh 170 before Dec. 23rd. I lost 3.5 lbs this past week. Doing lots of pilates, eating right, light weight lifting, & and just make sure I am moving most of the time.

My Goals For 12/09 - 12/15
  1. Exercise 4 - 5 Times
  2. Drink 3 - 4 Quarts Of Water
  3. Lose at least 2 lbs.

Congrads on starting this you will meet some great people now and it will be like family! We have a chat room now you have to go to the news section to get the link to get in it! You have done so great with such a huge loss quickly! I need to so bad but I will! I hope you stay with us and I cant wait to see your after pictures when you reach your goal! I was using another site for my weight stuff but for some reason the site has been down for 2 days. So I was looking for a new forum, found this one and it is so much nicer than the one I was using. I was using the button at the top that says chat but no one is ever in it. Am I looking in the wrong spot :confused:
