My current weight is 135 pounds on the good days. No more than 140 pounds on the bad days. I want to get down to 120 pounds and maintain this weight for me, for my passion {ballet}/{dance}. I want so much to live out my dream as a dancer. I'm 18 years old and have hopes of going away to college for dance next fall. I have an audition at the end of march for the dance department. I don't really expect to lose all the weight in one month. But it would feel good to at least lose as much as i can. And feel at least some what satisfied with my body on the day of my audition. Confidence is important in dance. So this thursday... March 1st 2007... I will begin my diet and exercise plan. I am pretty much putting it all together... low calorie (1,350 a day), carbs, sugar, salt, and fat. I will be eating 6 small meals a day. i'll be drinking a lot of water through each day. I will be exercising 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour and 30 mins at night. Lots of dancing. Lots of stretching. Lots of swimming and jogging. Lots of crunches and some inner and outer thigh lifts.
My motivation... my dreams... the feeling of finally being confident in my self... being able to fit in to those pretty clothes in my closet that now are just a bit to tight...
