Hey there. Notice you haven't updated in a while. What's new?

I don't think anything's really new o_O or is there....Yeah idk LOL

Hi Kae! I was reading through your diary and saw what you said about cooking. I think cooking is SO important to weight loss. One of my goals is to only eat things that my husband or I cook...preferably myself, he's a better cook but his metabolism is SO high and he can eat things I get fat from just looking at! Looking forward to your next update and I wish you all the best!

D: AHHH I can't cook..at all...to save my life...It's actually pretty sad....


I've been doing okay.I had goodies yesterday...they were yummy...:leaving: LOL

I made my goal of being in the 180s. I'm super excited. This month's goal is to be 170s. w00t!

these storms in jersey are driving me crazy. it storms every week sometimes more than once a week. Currently having a ice storm...AND I STILL HAVE CLASSES! *sigh* Oh well. I will get my exercise on today in volleyball. This month is when my aunt tells me if I can get a puppy...yayyyy.


I guess I'll start learning to cook this month...Guys...fear for my safety and whoever eats my cooking. O_O

Omg I forgot stuff did happen!

Okay first...Its hard to do everything when you're extremely tired and barely sleeping at night. It's not fun...It's messing me up school wise as well, which only makes me worry, which only ends up in me....and junk food.

Second thing, I ended up having junk when I was scared cause there was a fire that was so bad they wouldn't let us out the building...and we had stuff in the house....So I found comfort...in yummies....and soda..>_>

Okay I think thats it for now. I guess I'll update again later today. Baibaiii

Eh. My eating wasn't too great today. Volleyball was fun and tiring! :D I don't feel like...going on today...is there much to go on about? Rofl. xD
 
I totally feel ur pain about the junk food and how its comforting in almost every situation but honestly what keeps me going is just the simple fact that Im so sick of it all, the fact that Im letting some crappy unatural food be the main factor in my life and it being what I need to get over a bad or boring day, it sounds so silly doesnt it?

I have started a journal, kinda like a dear diary journal when we used to be little only now if I feel bad or if i feel like im about to eat everything in sight i just breathe and write my emotions down and tell myself that Im stronger than that.

It's always easier giving in and then sayin "meh..just this once' but it will never be just once until we put our foot down for good.

I still struggel with junk, but i havent touched none in almost 3 weeks, and what makes me feel good is not my weightloss but the power that I found in myself to simply just resist it and say no.

Just keep swimmin :) dont give up, fight for what u want :)

It is! but damn me and my short attention span when it comes to videogames...its so funny...I get distracted and walk away...I'm going to try to stop that..ish...

Don't most parents say they want their child to play less? I'm special. :biggrinjester:

Congrats on the 35.8lb lost so far. That's amazing! AND good job for getting in the 180s! Closer and closer to your goal =)

Trust me, I can't cook either but just go into the kitchen and throw together (healthy) stuff you like. Just try it!

As far as junk food goes, I just had to get rid of it. I don't really have any junk food in the house. I guess I have "healthy" junk food. I have these chocolate peanut butter bars that are actually protein bars but omg they are SO GOOD. So if I do reach for one, I don't feel so guilty because it's 50x healthier than reaching for example a Snickers bar, you know? Next time you go grocery shopping, grab healthier snacks so that way you'll grab those to eat instead of junk.

Ahhhh I barely ate today and for some reason...when I tried to make something it doesn't want to go down so yeah. D: No bueno. And I'm tired. Not enough eating, tired, no exercise. Wonderful way to end the day.
 
I've been feeling like that the past few days...I'd go into more detail but it's gross so I'll leave that for my diary :p Hope you're feeling better now Kae! Broths are really good in times like these :)
