OK - So I was guided here by a friend (Thanks Cinderelly!)
Have no idea where to begin so I'll follow the format suggested! (Why am I having a hard time with this when I am usually such a blabbermouth!)
So here we go...
-- How much weight do you want to lose?
A whole bunch. Not sure why I am having such a hard time "declaring" that number... I mean really - its a number... but its high... I guess I need to set "mini-goals"... so for right now my goal would be 20 pounds... It would lower my weight to a certain benchmark. (Does that make any sense at all?)
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
Hmmm... The last time I lost weight I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. (10 in the first week...) So I wonder if I could do it again?
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Well - Im going to start simple. Work on eating healthy - and regularly. More fruits and veggies, less takeout...more water...
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
A kick in the pants helps me out every so often! HAHA... I guess gentle reminders - questions from friends.. it helps me stay on track.
-- How realistic is your goal?
I did it before - so I guess its realistic...
-- When will you start?
I started today... And Im pretty happy with how it went... Now to keep it up tomorrow!
I guess should also include some basics... I am a woman... 32... Mom to two sweet boys. (Who keep me very busy.) I am recently (or rather nearly) divorced after 8 years of marriage. I actually lost weight after separation... but gained it back.
