just wondering

but sometimes i work out and run on an empty stomach. alot of my friends say its a bad idea but ive been doing it for long that i havnt had any problems. anyone thoughts and opinions on if its good or bad?
 
you SHOULDNT lift weights on a empty stomache. some light cardio is ok in the morning. do a search on 'fasted cardio' theres alot of posts here
 
whats wrong with lifting on an empty stomach though? ive always thought it was better because you not burning any food your just working on your muscles.
 
If you want my honest opinion, and I'm assuming you do since you asked in a public forum, weight training on an empty stomach is stupid. Dumb, dumb, dumb. DUMB.
