Just wanted to share my progress. 265lbs down to 187lbs

I have been doing an hour of cardio everyday, and some light weight training for the past year, along with an 1800 to 2000 calorie a day diet. I have been pretty much eating what I want, just no more than 2000 a day, I am happy with the results of my efforts since Jan 1st last year, and hoping to finish it up this year.

I am hoping to get all the way down to 165 or so. Loose the belly completely and I'll be happy

It's been a long road for sure. Each day is still a struggle controlling the eating to. I thought that would get easier in time, but still I have constant cravings for the fast food and such - but just fight them off with a rice cake! :)
