Hi im 19 yrs old now almost 20, and im starting to ge tout of shape. My stomach is starting to get a little fatty and i want it to be more muscular and lose a few pounds or something, i havent excersized in a while. i was thinking a routine of sit ups pushups and working out on a weight bench. i would like more muscular pecs too. im not looking to be really buffed but it would be nice, i just want to be in better shape do you have any tips.
