Hey everyone, so I'm not really just starting out weight training, but this is the first time that I'm really serious about a goal that I'm setting for myself. I've been running for pretty much my entire life, and I'm sick of my runners body. So I thought I would come here and ask for a little help and guidance.
First of all, I'm 140 pounds and pretty much 100% scrawny. I don't even have 3% body fat on me. My goal is to reach a minimum of 160 pounds. I would like to know a good workout schedule that I can do during the weekdays, what exercises, how many of each, and in what order is best. One part of my body that I would really like to focus on is my chest. Also, I would like to know what supplements would be best to help me achieve me goal. I know this isn't going to be easy and I don't expect to not have to put in a lot of work. I'm pretty much looking to put on as much muscle mass as possible. Any help would be great.
