Just some questions

Hi i am trying to reduce some of my belly fat and my man boobs

should i use cable machines and free weights, or do cardio such as treadmills?

also after i visit the gym, the next day my mucles are tense and kinda hurt. should i go back the next day and continue to work out even when they hurt?
 
I'd say free weights and cardio, but the most important element of fat loss is your diet. If you're eating surplus calories, it's physiologically impossible to lose fat!

Have a day of rest between every weight training session to allow your muscles to regrow and heal.
 
It's really up to you man. What do you want to look like in the long term? Think long term not short term. Right now, it sounds like you want to loose the fat (which is great) so what do you want to look like when the fat is gone?

I say hit the weights. This will give you better shape, bigger muscles, strength, etc. Do some cardio or just be active in your daily life. I work outside for 8-12 hrs per day - up ladders, down loadders, carying stuff, lifting, moving, sweating - you get the point, so I don't do extra cardio. Eat healthy and clean (really) 90% of the time. Then your body can handle eating a little junk here and there.

That's my opinion.
 
Day 1 - weight training.
Day 2 - cardio

Repeat

It was already mentioned Diet is a major factor and the hardest part for most people.
 
well hmm this is pretty much what i eat , btw im 16 about 5'7.. like 150 pounds =/ not really muscles

cereal and milk or break and milk nomally wonder bread or cinamin toast crunch
lunch is um noodles..
dinner is like rice or buns with vegis and meat

i drink water, milk, juice, occasional pop
i have junk food like once a week (small bag of chips)
i go to the gym about 3-4 times a week, about 1h each time, but not much cardio
i walk about 15 minutes a day to the bus stop <--- does that count o.0

well right now i just wanna lose my boobs and my ass, my mom and sister occasionally say i have a figure of a woman T__T, i think i have some mucle underneath, that i can feel, just not visible.
 
jesus man 5'7" and 150 pounds...my legs weigh about 150 pounds lol :D. No, seriously though m8, I'd say try doing more cardio. I goto the gym 5 times a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday i spend 35-40 mins doing cardio and about 25-30 mins doin weights. Tuesday, Thursday I do 45-50 mins cardio.

Try maybe 30 mins, if you already do this amount, maybe do a little more or up the intesity a bit.
