Hey all, first time posting here and I could use some help. I would like to just lose some pounds in my stomach, im not obese, I can run and all just find, but I have noticed recently some of my old clothes from high school don't fit so well around my stomach anymore lol, I have been out of high school for four years and I would like to just get back into better shape really. My friend offered P90X to me, I tried it for a bit but I don't think that's what I am looking for. It was fun but that was some extreme workout for pro athletes or something, like I said, I am just looking for a simple workout/diet to lose just a few pounds specifically in my stomach.
