i have just joined the forum today.. looks really good.
I am 12.5 stone and 6ft 1, my BMI is 23.09
I have done a lot of swimming (as well as other sports) however I have to say it has slipped in the last year.. and although people may not see me as fat i certainly feel it.. well not healthy anyway!
I have joined the gym at college and will be going 2 to 3 times a week, as well as swimming, running, and general exercises - I hope to improve my own personal satisfaction with myself!
I'm sure i will be asking lots of questions.. probably just silly ones about food and the best way of working out.. may be obvious to you lot but not to me
