Hey im 22 years old 6ft at 283lbs(been working out for 30 mins a day on a olipitical trainer and eating right for a week. When i started i weighed in at 286)
Honestly im here for support I have a wonderful family who is behind me all the way, and awesome gf who is also behind me 100%.
I'm not being very strict with the calories but i cut down my eating to half what it used to be. (Hating ever second of it I just wanan Dig in
)
And am only drinking water/lightly sweetened iced tea. I just hope i can continue this as i really want to loose weight. This seems like a great forum for ppl who want to loose weight. Im looking foward to see how i can improve my daily routine and ideas and tips would be amazing thank you
