- My Eating Habbits Are "Reasonable"
- I Cycle Around Ten Miles Per Week
- I Go To The Gym 2-3 Times A Week For A 2 Hour Session
- When Im At The Gym I Usually Do 30 Minutes Cardio Then 1 Hour's Weight Training, Then A Further 30 Minutes Cardio To Finish Off.
