Hi, i haven't been to the gym in the last 8 weeks. I had glandular fever. It makes you really tired and run down so i was advised to stay away from the training. However i have told now that i can back to the gym now. I usually trained 5 days a week so a bit of a shock not to have done anything in the last 8 weeks. Does anyone have any do's and not to do's when i start back today. thanks in advance
