-- How much weight do you want to lose?

I want to lose about 15 pounds

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?

I have no specific time frame and taking it slow is fine. I was huge after my first pregnacy going from 56 kilos/123 pounds to about 77 kilos/170 pounds and have over time made it to 62 kilos/136 pounds.

I would love to get down to 55 kilos by December if possible!

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

Lately I've been biking around and that is great for losing weight and saving on transportation costs!

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

My husband is great and this forum has really helped me in the past.

-- How realistic is your goal?

I think it's a reasonable goal.

-- When will you start?

I've already been in the process and am slowly but surely losing weight.

My current weight and height are 154cm/ just under 5'1" and 62 kilos/136 pounds and I mainly want to lose weight just to be able to go clothes shopping like a normal person and for my annual health check up. I was jogging at night but I fell hard on my knee running to catch a train so I stopped that for now and have started biking which I really enjoy and which is great for transportation around the city. I live in Japan so I don't drive and get around by public transportation, biking and walking usually as well as the occasional taxi. I do love sweets but I have been majorly cutting down which is a huge help!

If I woke up tomorrow and my body was exactly the way I wanted it to be the difference would be a smaller overall shape. I am not a tall person and am very uncomfortable with my weight right now. It would be nice to be able to walk into a store and buy normal clothes. My reward for reaching my goal will be to buy some cute clothes. My big obstacles are a busy lifestyle because I write a blog have a very active toddler.

I really want to get under 62 kilos so bad! I haven't been under that weight in 4 years!! I know it's only a number but it would be a really big deal for me to see 61 point anything! My weigh in day is Friday so I going to really bike hard these next few nights taking a biking route by the bay. No soda or sweets this week and it should go down I think!

Yesterday I biked around Tokyo Disney Resort which is pretty big and today I biked to and from the movie theater making sure to take a longer route. I will probably take a break tomorrow though. I kind of wanted to start running again but I fell and landed on the same knee I had hurt last time!! Now it hurts even without putting pressure on it. :( Thank goodness biking is still fine!

I was at DisneySea with a friend today to catch the Bonfire Dance. I came home late so no biking tonight but we had a super fun time. I didn't have time to snack today because it was so busy so at least that's a plus. This weekend looks very busy too so I need to make sure to get it a long bike ride tomorrow. Tomorrow is Friday, my weigh in day, which I'm not looking forward to because I'm on my menstrual cycle which usually means no weight loss but I've been working hard maybe there will be a good number!

Earlier this summer I was majorly craving soda's for some reason and was drinking Coca Cola and Mitsuya Cider among others but this week I seemed to have gotten it out of my system finally! I've been sticking to different cold tea's and feel much better for it. Although I had an awesome frozen Mango drink from Tulley's which can't have been good calorie wise... Let's see how it goes tomorrow...

61.7 kilos!! I will happily take it! My next goal is to get under 61 kilos! If it takes a few weeks so be it! Tonight a bike ride around Tokyo Disney Resort to celebrate!

Hiya tropical girl - just saw your post on 130s club. Wanted to say hi. Lets get out of the horrible 60kgs together. :)

I had a great bike ride today! I left my phone behind though and completely lost track of the time and my husband almost went out looking for me! At first I was going to just bike along the bay but then when I was nearing the end of the route I usually take I felt like just pushing through and biking to Tokyo Disney Resort anyways even though it was quite windy. I didn't realize that I had been gone over two hours!!

Tomorrow is the Edogawa fireworks festival in Tokyo so we will go to a party at my PIL's home and see it from there! Two hours of fireworks!! I love summer in Japan! I think I will wear my yukata/summer kimono tomorrow but haven't decided yet!
