Just 6 pounds

Hello,

Im new to this website, so sorry if I do something wrong haha.
I just want to lose 6 pounds. I gained around ten pounds recently, and sort of naturally lost 4, so I just want to lose the rest of the weight I gained.
I'm really short, so if anyone sees this don't be concerned by the small numbers lol
H-5'1
SW-105
GW1-103
GW2-101
GW3-99 (final goal)
GW4-97 (dont need to get to this weight if I dont want to)
I'm thinking of trying the military diet + extra fruit + exercise and yoga to jumpstart this and see how I do. Hopefully I lose at least 3 pounds from that and that'll give me a boost of motivation.
I also hope I can get this done pretty quickly and without too much effort.
Alright that's it for now.
Oh yeah this is to lose some of my winter weight before spring :)
 
Hi, Sibuna & welcome to the forum. I just put your height & goal weight into a BMI calculator as 99lbs sounded very low to me, even with your height of 5'1". It is underweight, according to the chart. According to the chart, you are currently at a very healthy weight. Perhaps you just need to do some exercise to tone your body. Yoga is excellent for flexibility. What is your usual diet like?
