I didn't see a weigh-in challenge for June, so I figured that I would start one.

Same rules as usual - posts your goals for the month and weigh in once a week.

I'm setting an aggressive goal of 4 pounds a week. Hopefully I'm not getting in over my head.
 
I'm going to be easy on myself this time and set a mere 1 pound a week after last months over enthusiastic target. Hopefully I will blast this and feel really smug about exceeding the target.

Let's see if I can lose some this month before my wedding/honeymoon! Last chance to do it... Bought a new bikini with A and I want to actually feel comfortable in it.

I am aiming for 1lb a week, not sure if I can actually do it but we shall see. Must eat better this month! If I hit my goal I will be back to my lowest of 125.5. Hoping to beat that but in reality I have a feeling I won't even hit that, but I can hope and try! Think positive thoughts right? And think twice before putting anything in my mouth.

A rather ambitious goal but it should be possible, or at least I should get close.
 
Getting back into it after a weekend of gluttony whilst on holidays. It'll probably be a decent drop in the first couple weeks.

Original Goal: 86.5kg
New Goal: 83kg
