Well, i've been on a mission to try my best to slim down as much as possible, and gain muscle over these months, with going to the gym for 3 months, then trying home exercises due to summer holidays ending. I must admit, my dedication hasnt been 100%, and I shall be getting my gym membership renewed soon, in preperation for Uni. Overall, I havent seen hardly any physical change, but the numbers on my scale have seemed to dropped. I've just been walking, bicep curls, triceps, bicycle crunches, squats, upright rows, pushups and cutting out unhealthy foods from my diet

Now (Feb 2nd)



I hope to be slimmed out completely, and have a six pack (I hope), 2 years from now! :D Wish me luck!
