Julian's Weight Loss Journey! DAILY UPDATES!! ( WITH PICTURES! )

Hello. My name is Julian and this is my weight loss journal. I'm 22 years old with a beautiful common law girlfriend, a son that everybody looses they're mind over, and about 30 pounds I need to loose. I woke up this morning and decided I needed to lose some weight. I've been pondering about it for a while and decided today was the day!, my goal is to lose 30 pounds by march 16th 2010 ( my birthday) build muscle and get tone, slim and sexy. With my weight loss I will include links to pictures so you can also see me as I change. My weight loss routine now is start off with Tony Hortons 10 minute trainer, 2 daily routines with a mix of resistance training one day and running as far as I can till I cant, taking a break and running back the second, and keep switching. My diet is cutting back on all foods till I find a suitable diet, get some whey protein, dumbbells, and eating more fruits, veggies, and taking a daily complete vitamin pill ( 1 a day for men ). I hope I make a lot of new friends along the way and motivate others to live they're life to the fullest! Here are my starting pics!

Welcome! This forum will definitely help you in your weight loss! It is almost addicting....because you think about weight loss alot!

BTW, your diary title sounds so enticing..like an infomercial ad!
