Juice Diet

Hello Everyone,


Today I am starting a temporary juice diet with my boyfriend as recommended by his colleagues at work. They have all seen immediate and satisfying results after just one week of doing a purely juice diet. I can guarantee this will be quite a struggle for me, because I LOVE food. My interest and love for food was never a problem in regards to my weight until I became a stay at home mom after having my first child. I have gained 40 pounds in comparison to my pre-baby weight.


I am currently weighing in at 167.8 pounds at 5'2. I have introduced my body to a work out plan but have seen little to know results. It is discouraging due to the fact that I have always been thin with out doing anything and now I am stuck. Hence this new juice diet.


As I said I am starting at 167.8 pounds and hope to get to a maximum weight of 138 by June or July at the latest!


I would love any recipes that you all may have, but am not interested in negative feedback. I have done my research and don't want to be preached at :)

One of the recipes of juice diet is made of half cucumber, two apples, six leaves kale, two cups of spinach, four stalks of celery and one ginger mix and make into juice. This recipe can be added to your juice diet.
 
I've read so many good things about juicing and I want to give it a try. I would love to replace some of my meals with juices but I just don't know which fruits and vegetables taste good when combine.
