AHello everyone im a newbie here, but im looking forward to getting to know you all and getting some support and advice along my jouney.
I'm 23 yrs old and desperately want my body to match the person that i feel.
Last year i started losing weight and went from 11st 5lbs which was the heaviest i have ever been. I had never been overweight before and I felt disgusted in myself to let this happen. I am now 129lbs 9st3 so i am so proud of myself so far. !!!
My worry is that i am getting complacent my target weight is 119lbs 8st7lbs and i dont seem to be losing anymore due to the fact i over eat in the evenings. So my theory is if i keep a weight loss journal for anyone and everyone to see then i have some accountabilty for what i am consuming.
I dont expect any replies but i shall be recording my feelings, activities and eating each day hopefully.
I am also using my fitness pass to help me calorie count.

Start weight. 159lbs. (size 14)
Currant weight 129lbs. (size 10)
Goal weight. 119lbs (size 8 uk)
Lost so far. 30lbs
 
AI am from england just incase it seems im having breakfast at odd hours it isnt that i've got up late.
Plan for today
B. eggs
S. 500ml squash
L. Sultana bran, hot chocolate
S. 500ml squash
D. Chicken in tomato and basil sauce with beans and sweet potato
